Vaksana Cooking School was created to preserve and share the culinary heritage of Lakshmi Paati, whose traditional village cooking touched the lives of family, friends, and everyone fortunate enough to taste her food. Though Lakshmi Paati is no longer with us, her recipes, techniques, and love for authentic cooking continue through Kasthuri Amma, who now carries forward her teachings and welcomes guests into this unique learning experience.
