What age group is the summer camp suitable for?
Our camps are designed for children aged 4 to 14. Each workshop has specific age recommendations — FarmFit Kids (4–10), Nature Art & Build (5–12), Young Farmer (6–14), and Animal & Pet Lovers (5–14). Activities are adjusted for age-appropriateness within each group.
Is it safe for my child to interact with farm animals?
Absolutely. All animal interactions are supervised by trained farm staff. Children are taught how to approach animals safely, and only friendly, well-cared-for animals are part of the workshop. Hygiene protocols including handwashing stations are available at every activity zone.
What should my child bring to the camp?
Comfortable clothes that can get dirty, closed-toe shoes, a hat, sunscreen, and a water bottle. We provide all materials, tools, meals, and snacks. A detailed checklist will be shared upon registration.
Are meals provided? What about allergies?
Yes! We serve fresh, organic, home-cooked farm meals and snacks throughout the day. Please inform us about any allergies or dietary restrictions during registration, and we’ll accommodate them.
Can I register my child for multiple workshops?
Yes! Our Summer Explorer Pass gives access to all 4 workshops at the best value. You can also choose individual workshops or the Buddy Pack for groups of 3+ children.
Is there a drop-off and pick-up arrangement?
Yes. Each camp day has designated drop-off (7:00 AM) and pick-up (5:30 PM) times. The farm is located in Tamil Nadu, easily accessible from Chennai. Detailed directions and parking info will be shared post-registration.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations made 7+ days before the camp start date receive a full refund. Cancellations within 3–7 days receive a 50% refund. Within 3 days, we offer a transfer to a future camp date instead of a refund.
