Once the mustard seeds start to splutter, add fenugreek seeds and asafoetida, and then allow it to cool completely. Add this to the jar.<\/p>\n<h3>Mixing Spices and Tamarind:<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Using Tamarind:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Use seedless tamarind pulp for the best texture. Soak tamarind in warm water to extract the pulp, and strain it to remove any impurities before using.<br \/>\nIn a broad vessel add all ingredients.<br \/>\nCombine the amla pieces with salt, turmeric powder, and tamarind pulp in a bowl. Keep aside.<br \/>\nAdd \u00bd litre oil, Combine the tempered mustard seeds, fenugreek, and hing.<br \/>\n100 gm of red chilli powder,<\/p>\n<h3>Marination Time<\/h3>\n<p>Allow the mixture to marinate for a few hours for the flavours to infuse.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mixing<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Combine the oil mixture with the marinated amla.
